The problem with humans is that we have become thought based entities. So now our thoughts are like pure truth to us, and we are lost within them. So the answer is not to get new thoughts, but to learn to separate from thoughts all together, bad and good. You learn to move above thoughts by finding out who you are.

Being shy means you think you are what others think of you. So you must be perfect or they will think a bad thought about you, making you bad in your mind, which is very painful. So you become afraid of interactions with people. As long as you stay away from them, they can't hurt you. Of course that will ruin your life, so you must learn that you are not what they think of you. You can say that to yourself all day but in order for it to really sink in, you must go to another level.

If you are ready, that is, if you can't take it anymore, then your ego is ready to be removed. The ego consists of your name, and everything that you identify with. Who are you? You're not a name, because that is what you're called. You're not a gender or your body, because that is always changing and will turn to dust within a mere 100 years. You're not your job, or skills as they will be gone someday as well. You're not your home, car or any thing. Thoughts, personality or character are also things. They will change very soon and you'll get new thoughts and a new personality. What if you lost all of your memory, who would you be then? So the question is, who are you? Here is the answer, you are the one that is aware. The awareness behind those things.

Once you understand that you are not your thoughts, then you can begin to separate from them. To say that you think, is like saying you pump blood through your veins. You don't, but the intelligence in your body does this for you, without your permission. So you don't think, but thinking happens to you. Try to stop thinking and you'll see that it will continue. Now when a thought arises saying, "she thinks I'm weird", you will notice it as just noise in your head, and it won't have power over you. Here is how to stop thinking...

1. Take a deep breath, and then slowly let it out.

2. Notice the pause at the end of the breath, don't think about it, just know it.

3. Listen for thoughts. You will notice that thoughts will come in whether you want them to or not, so just allow them to come in, and you, the awareness, will listen. You may hear something like, "this isn't working" or "I can't hear anything" or "this is too hard" or "I can't do it". Those are just thoughts for you to notice. Don't get involved with them, but just notice and let it go. While you are listening you will be in the wonderful silence until another thought comes in.

4. You will always fall back into the stream of thinking as you do this so don't get frustrated. Just notice that you're lost in your thoughts, and then return to listening for new thoughts. The more you do this, the longer the pauses between thoughts will become.

5. Get an alarm clock with countdown repeat timer on it. Set it to go off every 30secs to remind you to step out of your thoughts. So for example you will be in a pause and then you'll start to think about what she said, and then the alarm will go off, bringing you back out of the noise. Notice and continue. Its a wonderful tool and you can find them on ebay by searching for countdown timer.

If you do this everyday, you will start to realize that the thoughts are nothing to take seriously. They are just noise that is conditioned from the past, and you can just notice them like you would a breeze across your face.

I tried to make it appear as if it's slowly flowing to the right. Something like the beginning scene in FFVII Advent Children. I failed. =(

Animation Final Project.
Paul did the characters and animation
I did the Backgrounds, effects, effects, some effects and effects.
Oh, and i also did the effects.

First time using motion track and keying with custom graphics, great experience.
I also overwrote my entire work file in the process.........luckily i rendered some scenes as quicktime videos. Had to work around it with precomposed stuff, which explains the horrible quality at certain parts. HAHA

Hey there. From now on I'll be posting works that I've done. Hopefully when i look back to old posts in the future, I will know how my style has changed and what I've learned.

I made my 2nd title after about a half year hiatus. Extremely motivated now to pursue my goal of becoming a motion graphic designer. More to come!
